What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Note that Casa Horatio charges a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax, for any returned items. The restocking fee is applied through a total reduced refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal/holiday items, sale items, or gift cards.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed? 

Yes! Please reach out to us at orders@casahoratio.com within 12-hours of placing your order to make any adjustments. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line. 

Where are you located?

We are based in Tampa, FL. However, we do not have a physical retail space at this time and are an exclusively online business.

Where do you ship to?

At the present, we only ship our products within the United States. 

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order tracking number. 

My order arrived damaged/broken. What should I do?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at orders@casahoratio.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you include your order number in the subject line.

What should I do if I never received my order?

Please reach out to us at orders@casahoratio.com. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.  

I live in Tampa, FL. Can I pick up my order?

At this time, we do not offer a local pickup option during checkout. However, if you are interested in picking up your order, please let us know by sending an email to orders@casahoratio.com and we would be happy to arrange a pickup spot and time with you.

We do offer free, local delivery within a 20-mile radius of Casa Horatio. If you are interested (and eligible!) select this option at checkout. 

There is a product I'd love to see sold at Casa Horatio. Can I reach out to you with my suggestion(s)?

Yes! We welcome any and all feedback on our product offerings. If you are looking for a specific product and do not see it on our page, reach out to us. We are always looking to add to our product catalogue and welcome your recommendations.
