This visionary initiative, established in 1986 by Samuel Masih, originated from a single room within a family home, inspired by a noble purpose: to empower and champion handicraft artisans who were previously exploited by exporters and intermediaries. Noah's Ark extends its support beyond commerce, offering invaluable benefits such as education and medical care to artisans and their families. As these artisan enterprises gain self-sufficiency, Noah's Ark continues to welcome new families into its fold, with approximately 20 workshops achieving independence since the organization's inception.
